Brand Manager

Experience: 3-5 Years
Location: Ahmedabad

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to help us build our as well as some of our client’s brand and raise brand awareness.

To do that, you’ll need to uncover consumer insights and deliver innovative marketing campaigns. You will have to learn what can attract our/client’s customers and prospects and how we/they can improve customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
  • Shape and communicate our vision and mission
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities

PR Manager

Experience: 1-3 Years
Location: Ahmedabad

We are looking for a semi-experienced PR Manager to help us build our as well as some of our client’s PR and raise brand awareness.

The core responsibility will include but not limited to coordinate with popular media houses and find opportunities for public speaking events. Look for influencers in particular niche and negotiate good deals.

Business Development Manager

Experience : 7+ years exp.
Location : Ahmedabad

Job Role:

  • Responsible for acquiring new customers through effective use of Digital Media e.g. LinkedIn/Social Media, online networking etc.
  • Responsible for driving a lead through a complete sales funnel including rapport building, requirement understanding, proposal creating (with the help of technical team), negotiations and closure.
  • Close his/her monthly targets in a proven process to get rewarded with an attractive monthly incentive package.
  • Structured and process driven approach is expected.
  • Experience of using CRM software will be advantage.

Account Executive

Experience : 1-3 Years

We are looking for a competent Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.

The ideal candidate should be experienced in sales and customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach.

Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal

WordPress Developer

Experience : 1-3 Years

We are looking to hire a skilled WordPress developer to design and implement attractive and functional websites for our clients. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development including the implementation of WordPress themes and plugins as well as site integration and security updates.

You should have in-depth knowledge of front-end programming languages, a good eye for aesthetics, and strong content management skills. Ultimately, you should be able to create attractive, user-friendly websites that perfectly meet the design, marketing and functionality specifications of the client.

WordPress Developer Responsibilities:

  • Initial meeting with clients along with project manager to discuss website design and function.
  • Designing and building the website front-end.
  • Creating the website architecture with support of UI/UX team.

Job Description:

  • Deliverables: Corporate videos, testimonial videos, commercial ads, event videos, explainer videos and motion graphics films.
  • Editing Skills: Take a brief to grasp production team’s needs and specifications. Review shooting script and raw material. Thorough knowledge of timing and contribution to continuity. Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film with dialogues and graphics.
  • Video formats and Rendering: Understanding of video formats, compression techniques and format
  • Sound: Understanding of Sound recording, Music compositing, and special effects
  • Production Value: Production and Cinematography experience will be an added advantage
  • RND: Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.

Sr. 3D Artist/TL-Real Estate Projects

Social Media Manager

The position’s duties include the following:

  • Using programming language to ensure the site is easy to access and use for visitors.
  • Creating PPC (Pay-per-click) campaigns to boost company revenue via online ads.
  • Continually checking rankings and analytics to monitor the performance of websites and make recommendations for improvements if necessary.
  • Keep up to date with the algorithm changes set by search engines, particularly Google, to ensure your client’s websites don’t suffer dramatic falls in traffic.
  • Work with developers to make technical recommendations.
  • Engage in tasks such as link building and participating in community interactions on social media or blogs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting on-site and off-site analysis of your clients’ SEO competitors.

  • At least one year’s experience in the field of SEO/SEM although most agencies require a lot more.

Accountant

Experience : 1-3 Years

We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.

Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns. You should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.

Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations.

  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Publish financial statements in time
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns

  • Work experience as an Accountant
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Hands-on experience with online accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
  • Advanced MS Excel/GSheet skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
  • Experience with general ledger functions
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
